This has been a year of new beginnings for Doug and me. We yearned for change in our lives, and we got more than we could imagine!

Next year promises to be one of change as well. Good. Growth follows change, with the right mindset.

We monkeys are ready for the new year and the new adventures that are hidden within it.

Doug and I hope that you find the strength to change whatever doesn’t bring joy to your life…

Don’t make resolutions because it’s The New Year. Make a promise to your inner secret self, the one who is stung by all the harshness we encounter every day.

Change for that you… Nobody else knows the secret you exists, so they’re yours alone to care for.

Take care of the secret you. Change for the better, even if it’s a tiny bit at a time. You’ll still be moving towards the goal of a life of contentment…
